We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item in the mail or in-store to request a return. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, (see items below that are non-returnable) and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Local pickup orders have a 7-day pickup window. Your 14-day return window starts 7 days after your local pickup online order is placed. Prompt pickup is always appreciated!
Mail or bring back the items (at the customer's expense) to start the return. Magnolias will refund your purchase minus the original shipping costs promptly after receiving the return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We cannot accept returns on clearance items sold at 50% off or more, closeout items, gift cards, or anything that was custom ordered for you. This includes rugs, window coverings, and some florals.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
You may request an order cancellation via email to email@example.com or by phone 402-379-2300 but cancellations are not guaranteed. In many cases, orders have already been pulled from our floor, wrapped with care, and are ready to go out the door within hours of the order being placed. If a cancellation request is approved, the refund will be of the total order minus credit card processing fees and, in some cases, a restocking fee of 10% at the discretion of Magnolias.
